CANCELLED - Alton Women Walkers 15 February 2020

Due to bad weather this walk has now been cancelled. We are a group of local women of all ages and interests who meet for a country walk (4-5 miles/2 hours) once a month. Did you know that on 1 January 2026, pathways and bridleways not shown on the Definitive Map will be lost forever ? The Alton Ramblers have formed a small group engaged in discovering and recording Rights of Way (ROW) that are not currently shown on the Definitive Map. If you enjoy looking at old maps, walking in the countryside and a bit of detective work, why not join in with this important quest.
